Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied. To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- Items are not on sale.
- Accessories* are not eligible for returns.
- Membership/club subscriptions are not eligible for returns.
- Items are in original condition, unwashed, and include all tags and original packaging.
*Accessories include all drinkware, caps, and fragile items.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Fill in the Return Form below.
- Prepare Your Return: Ensure the items are securely packaged in their original condition.
- Mail Your Return: Ship the items back to us at your own expense. Please note that a $5 fee will be deducted for all eligible returns.
Quality Check
Once we receive your returned items, they will undergo a quality check. If they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please Note: We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our criteria. Kindly note that shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval of your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
